Six simple, yet powerful words.
We understand the stress of losing data.
The worries, the vanished work, the lost memories. What you need is simple:
you need your data back.
That is what we do. We work tirelessly to quickly
and thoroughly recover your data. We are constantly researching and experimenting
with new ways to recover data more accurately, quickly and affordably.
Our tireless efforts have created custom tools and special software just
for this purpose.
We also perform the most complicated and precise recoveries
in our onsite Class 100 clean facility. This means that we can open your
hard drive to diagnose and repair the failed internal components that
are holding your data hostage.
Why worry? Our Data
Recovery Guarantee takes all of the risk out of data recovery. We don’t
charge “evaluation fees” or “service charges.” We just recover data. This
means that you can relax and put your data in the hands of the experts.
We will provide
you with a listing of all of the potentially recoverable files once your
recovery is complete. If, in the rare event, the data that you want
is missing, simple cancel the recovery and we don’t charge you one penny.
In fact, we don’t even take any billing information until after you’ve
reviewed the file list and approved your recovery.
Customer service comes naturally to us. We want
to make the data recovery process as simple as possible. Give us a call
and we will give you a data recovery quote right over the phone.
Then,
at your choosing, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print
out the label, attach it to your packaged hard drive or computer, and
drop off at any FedEx or Kinkos location. The shipping is on us. Then
when it is time to return your equipment, we’ll pay for that too. Really,
it’s that easy!
We don’t understand data recovery
companies that try to nickel-and-dime you. They charge you evaluation
fees, shipping and handling, and then they get you with outrageously
priced “replacement media.” That’s not fair!
We include a free external
hard drive with every recovery. Your recovered data is written to your
new external hard drive and returned to you. Simply copy the data back
to your computer or work with it directly from the drive. Then you can
continue to use the new drive to backup your data.
